Moray Police have found two people fishing along River Spey area without permits. Their fishing equipment was seized and a report is to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. Both men are likely to be fined under UK laws and would have 28 days to pay failing which they would be charged to the Sheriff Court. #lockdowncrimes#
