John Allan made the comment at a forum of aspiring non-executive directors

The Tesco chairman, John Allan have described white men who occupies senior positions in businesss firm as endangered due to the drive to recruit more women and people from minority ethnic background. He further said that women and people from ethnic minority are now better placed to occupy senior roles more than ever before. Is it right to hold such view or is he just expressing a matter of fact, what do you think?
