Care inspectors have given a damning verdict on Grandholm Care Home which is run by Holmes Care Group. STV reports that the Home has received series of critical reports from the Care Inspectorate the latest being that quality of life for residents in the home is very poor. It says some residents were not fed properly while others were given food that could choke them. The latest visit was conducted last month.
