Police were called to Birkenhill Woods near New Elgin on Monday after three people were attacked by a man believed to Ben in his mid 30s. A Aberlour Parish Church of Scotland minister and his wife suffered head injuries. The 83 year old deceased has been named as Frank Kinnis. The two other people have now been named as Reverend Morris and Mrs Janette Smith.
