An unlucky and non law abiding motorists was caught by Officers from the Roads Policing Unit recently, the driver of this vehicle at Reiket Lane, in New Elgin was found to have no insurance, the vehicle seized and driver reported to Elgin Sheriff Court, according to police statement. Driving without insurance is a very serious offence, you could get a fixed penalty of £300 and 6 penalty points, and the court could disqualify the offender from driving.
