The queen and first lady of pop will go head-to-head for the top gong at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas next month.
The Londoner stole the show at the Grammys, winning five awards to Beyonce’s two , but admitted on stage that she thought her American counterpart was more deserving of the best album gong for her critically-lauded visual record Lemonade.
US website Billboard have pitched the two against each other once again in the categories of top artist and best female artist.
